I looked it up. July 16, 2005 was the publication date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. On March 8 of that same year, they released the artwork of the Scholastic version on the Today Show. Sometime that same day or the next, with slightly less fanfare, the cover of the Bloomsbury edition was released.
So, it should be soon.
Since we saw the cover of HBP, I've been predicting that the Scholastic cover of book 7 would have the name Harry Potter in metallic red lettering. I still think that's true. I've also thought that there might be a picture of a graveyard on the cover, though I'm leaning away from that now.
The cover generally has some kind of artwork that depicts the climactic scene of the novel without giving away enough to spoil it for the readers. I actually don't think Harry will meet Voldemort in a graveyard. I'd be more inclined to bet it will be beneath Gringotts, in those tunnels and passageways and the underground lake with the stalagtites and stalagmites.
Hopefully we'll know soon.
